DES MOINES, Iowa - The owner of the lone winning ticket for the $275 million U.S. Powerball lottery drawing had yet to come forward by Sunday afternoon.Lottery officials in Des Moines, Iowa, said the winning ticket was sold in West Virginia, Online Gambling Paper reported.
