SEOUL -- South Korean President Lee Myung-bak says he won't order any military action in response to a planned rocket firing by North Korea. WASHINGTON -- Washington lawyer Thomas Dunlap says he no longer represents the owner of a tape that purports to show Vice President Joe Biden's daughter snorting cocaine. "I don't have any involvement," Dunlap told New York's Daily News. LAHORE, Pakistan -- Thirty police cadets and employees were killed in a Pakistani police academy Monday during a standoff between militants and police, officials said. Military spokesman Gen. HANOI, Vietnam -- Authorities in Vietnam say a windstorm and unseasonably cold temperatures have damaged houses and destroyed crops in Nghe An province.
