NEW YORK -- The medical examiner in New York City has identified the remains of four people killed in the 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.The remains included deliveryman Alejandro Castano, 35, and Ronald Milstein, 54, who was working as a temp in the doomed building on Sept. 11.The names of two others -- a man and a woman in their 50s -- were not released Tuesday pending notification of next of kin."I ...
