COLOMBO, Sri Lanka -- Sri Lanka said Friday that its jets bombed and destroyed a Tamil Tiger rebel training base in the northern part of the island nation.A Sri Lankan air force official said the base was located in the Pulopalai area in Muhamalai. HOMESTEAD, Fla. -- A Florida man found with weapons and ammunition in his home was charged with making threats about re-enacting the Virginia Tech massacre, police said.Police claim Calin Chi Wong, 20, of Homestead, Fla., admitted to making threats overt the Internet under the screen name "Humanabc," The Miami Herald reported.
