PORTLAND, Ore. – After considering over three hours of testimony and legal arguments, Judge Michael Mosman on Tuesday sentenced Ryan Bonneau, 31, of Portland, to 30 months in prison for his role in a mortgage fraud scheme involving two residential real estate transactions in 2004. YORK, Pa. -- Police in Pennsylvania have charged the boyfriend of a York woman with fatally beating her 2-year-old daughter with a video game controller.Harve L.
