SAN DIEGO - The Navy is polluting San Diego Bay by discharging storm water that's loaded with toxins, according to an environmental group's lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court. MOSCOW - Russia's Navy said Thursday it successfully test-fired a new ballistic missile from a nuclear submarine in the White Sea. Navy spokesman Igor Dygalo told Interfax-AVN the target was the Kura testing ground in Kamchatka. The launch was conducted from the submerged Dmitry Donskoi in northern Russia's White Sea.
