The bodies of both occupants of Saturday's float plane crash on the Willamette River were recovered by Clackamas County Sheriff Marine Deputies and turned over to the Clackamas County Medical Examiner. The remains of 80-year old David Howard Wiley of Lake Oswego and another occupant of the 1941 Taylorcraft float plane were pulled from the wreckage about 5:30 p.m., July 28,  after investigators from the Federal Aviation Administration completed their preliminary examination of the wreckage. ... A 63-year old La Pine man drowned Sunday afternoon while swimming in the Little Deschutes River near Dorrance Meadow Road, deputies reported. According to witnesses, Dennis L. Wade slipped under the surface of the Little Deschutes River while swimming with his wife and friends.  No one saw him struggle or call for help.
