A 20-year old Wilsonville man has been arrested for the alleged rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse of two teenage girls he befriended on MySpace.com, deputies reported yesterday. BAGHDAD - The civilian death toll in Iraq dropped in June, U.S. and Iraqi officials said. Iraqi officials told The New York Times that across Iraq, there were about 1,200 civilian deaths in June, a 36 percent decrease. SEOUL - The commander of U.S. forces in Korea Monday said North Korea has successfully tested a new generation of powerful missiles. Gen. B.B. NICOSIA, Cyprus - State radio in Cyprus is reporting a missing U.S. diplomat has been found dead in a remote area of the Mediterranean island. Cyprus Broadcasting Corp. says the body of Tom Mooney, a defense attache at the U.S. Embassy, was discovered four days after he disappeared, the BBC reported Monday. BAGHDAD - The U.S. military on Monday announced that five military personnel had been killed in Iraq.
