SEATTLE - The FBI is seeking two men whose behavior on a Washington state ferry raised suspicion among ferry workers and members of the public.FBI Special Agent Larry Carr said the two were seen pacing areas of the boat, apparently trying to measure distances, CNN reported Wednesday.

BROOKHAVEN, N.Y. - The U.S. Marshals Service has announced the arrest in Shirley, N.Y., of a man sought in six killings in Texas and Pennsylvania.The Travis County Sheriff’s Office in Texas said Paul Devoe III, 43, has been charged in one of the killings and is being held in lieu of $2 million bond, The New York Times reported Tuesday.
