Three of eleven individuals in a Bend home where Central Oregon Drug Enforcement (CODE) Team members executed a search warrant Thursday afternoon were arrested on various charges, and charges are pending for a fourth.  Stolen property and evidence of the manufacture of methamphetamine were found and seized, according to authorities. A double-wide manufactured home was completely destroyed by fire late Thursday night, but the occupants were awakened by the hissing of a medical oxygen tube near the bed and were able to escape safely, officials said.
