Bend police on Monday captured Chad Lee Edwards, an escaped inmate from the Warner Creek Correctional Facility, after he was found in Juniper Park near the swimming pool. According to the Oregon Department of Corrections, 18-year-old Edwards was serving 13 months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a sentence running concurrently with a 14 month sentence for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
