Deputies on Friday released the names of two drivers involved in a Thursday night crash between a pickup and a semi-truck pulling a 48-foot trailer; one whom was cited with careless driving, and the other flown to the hospital by helicopter and arrested for alleged drunk driving. The 19-year old driver of an automobile that struck a bicyclist as he attempted to cross Highway 97 Friday night was not at fault, police said. According to a Redmond Police Department news release, officers responded to a reported vehicle versus bicyclist accident 2071 South Highway 97 shortly before 8 p.m. on September 14.
