SUNRIVER, Oregon -- Sunriver Resort will open Meadows golf course for the season on Saturday, April 7.
Meadows features tremendous variety within its 18 holes, seven of which border the meandering Sunriver. Acclaimed architect John Fought’s design pays tribute to the great American courses from the 1920s and 1930s with its aesthetic grace, while its dramatic use of directional and fore-bunkers serve up ample challenges for golfers of all skill levels.

Sunriver Resort’s Woodlands golf course underwent a $1.5 million irrigation renovation in the fall 2006 and is scheduled to open on June 15. This Robert Trent Jones Jr. design is set among dense forest of ponderosa and lodge pole pine. With its abundance of water and numerous outcroppings of lava rock, Woodlands places a premium on shot accuracy.

Greens fees for the general public for Meadows or Woodlands range from $75 to $130. Clubs can be rented for $50. Call (541) 593-4402 for tee times. (Tee times for the general public can be made 10 days before date of play).
This summer Sunriver Resort is hosting three national golf events, PGA Professional National Championship, JELD-WEN Tradition and the USGA Senior Women’s Amateur.
