For the second year in a row, local radio personality Bryon Mengle of The Peak 104.1 will be living in a motorhome outside the Cascade Village Shopping Center in what is billed as the “104 Hours for Hunger Food Drive”, a benefit for NeighborImpact.

Beginning at 6 a.m. Monday, November 12, you’ll find Mengle encouraging the donation of non-perishable food items and cash for those less fortunate in Central Oregon.  Last year, over 10,000 pounds of food were collected.

The morning DJ will be broadcasting live each day from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Many local schools, organizations and businesses are participating in the food drive.

Donations may be dropped off at the Cascade Village Shopping Center (formerly called the Mountain View Mall) at 63455 N. Highway 97 in Bend, Oregon.
