July 28 Reports:

Jason Lee Edwards, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Loren Joe Jackson, 31, was arrested for an alleged domestic disturbance/violence that occurred in the presence of 3 children.

Aubrey Gene Windom, 24, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Cynthia Ann Allbritton, 49, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Houston L. K. Hinton, 18, was arrested for assault when he allegedly threw a vase at his father’s head, causing injury.

Jeffrey Scott Dehart, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Daphne Dawn Banks-Killian, 29, was arrested for possession of a controlled suspect.  Suspect allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old boy and provided with with meth, marijuana.

Stephen Lewis Roberts, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Michael Thomas Greene, 24, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Joscelyn Crystal English, 25, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Rebecca Jean Schrimshaw, 26, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Leslie Ann Denham, 22, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Jason Tyler Brown, 21 and Jason Edward Briese, 24, were arrested. Brown allegedly delivered psilocybin (hallucinogenic mushrooms) to Brise. Weight scales, packaging material, and cash were found. Charges: possession of a controlled substance.

July 29 Reports:

Ricardo Hernandez Mejia’s vehicle was towed because drivers license was suspended and vehicle was not insured.

William Frederick Seidel, 52, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance when he was allegedly found in possession of a meth pipe.

Junio Hernandez Carvajal, 25, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).

Justin Wayde Fincher, 32, was arrested for assault when he allegedly hit his girlfriend in the right eye.

Eddie James Facheco, 33, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Matthew Taylor Dahm, 31, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Marc Eugene Gazich, 51, was cited for driving without a valid license and uninsured. Vehicle was towed.

Kim Marie Uhacz, 47, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

July 30 Reports:

Melissa Marie Howiler, 39, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Tommy Dale Stinnett, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Cary Renee Rogers, 15, was contacted and detained – subject was a signed runaway.

Lavern Wayne Sorenson, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Lisa Kay Murphy, 47, was arrested for theft/forgery when she allegedly shoplifted from Fred Meyer.

Christopher K. Mozingo’s vehicle was towed because of no insurance and no valid drivers license.

Tod Allen Willingham, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

July 31 Reports:

Sean Alan Houtchens, 36, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Danielle Hope Sahme, 31, and Brand Mark Rich, Jr., 32, were arrested. Sahme for possession of a controlled substance, and Rich for possession and delivery of a controlled substance – plus a parole violation.

Richard Ward Clarke, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Lincoln County.

Barbara Ann Goree, 53, was arrested for forgery, ID theft, and second-degree theft.

August 1 Reports:

Damian Castaneda Nino, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

August 2 Reports:

Barbara Ann Goree, was cited for negotiating a bad check.

Steve Sheldon, 77, was cited for theft/forgery, allegedly shoplifting from Safeway.

Katie A. Kauffman, 22, and Jessica Lynn Heller, 21, were cited for a noise complaint.
