Sept. 14 Reports:

Jay Tyler Ramey, 23, was arrested for being in possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Dawn Ella Colon, 38, was arrested for theft/forgery.

Josephine Marie Niles, 33, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and reckless endangering.

Sept. 15 Reports:

Sergio Martinez-Casimiro, 33, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Garry Ryan Lafrenier, 30, was cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly stumbling in and out of traffic.

Jon Christian Baker, 46, was arrested for harassment.

Jodi Lynn Thompson, 40, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Bradley Nathan Darwin, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Sept. 16 Reports:

David James Downer, 35, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Andrew Loeser, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Benton County.

Thomas G. Powell, 66, was cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief.

Santiago Quirino Gabriel, 35, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

David Ray Lalley, 35, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.

Sept. 17 Reports:

Nicholas Ryan Davis, 18, was arrested for suspicion of DUII, refusing a breath test, three counts of reckless endangering, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving.

Darin James Noble, 41, was cited and released for being in possession of meth.

Katie Marie Peterson, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Joshua Allen Jewell, 19, was cited and released for being a minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco.

Fernando Dela O Vargas, 26, was arrested for first-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief, three counts of hit-and-run.

Derek Jay Salazar, 19, was arrested for reckless driving and hit-and-run.

Jason Paul Carter, 36, was arrested for violation of a “no contact” order.

Sean Adam Reece, 17, was cited in a vehicle crash.

Michael R. Stirling, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Andres Vasquez Rubio, 26, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Sept. 18 Reports:

Matt Joseph Breitels, 24, and Timothy Colton Underwood, 19, were each cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass.

Kelly Anne Locke, 42, and Lowel Gaines, 41, were cited and released. Locke for possession of methamphetamine, and Gaines for possession of meth and failure to register as a sex offender.

Kinsey Marie Hayes, 26, was cited and released for first-degree criminal mischief and being in possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Eric Ian Monfort, 29, was arrested for suspicion of DUII, using another person’s license, providing false information to police, outstanding warrants, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Elisondo Diaz Torres, 40, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

Brad James McDougal, 49, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

Erik Ricardo Rios Garcia, 20, was arrested for stalking, second-degree theft, and first-degree criminal trespass.

Alexander Francis Garcia, 24, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

Fernando Dela O Vaargas, 26, was arrested for three counts each of reckless driving and failing to perform the duties of a driver. Also driving with a suspended license.

Tyler John Riddle, 20, and Alyssa Nicole Lawson, 18, were both arrested on outstanding warrants.

Sept. 19 Reports:

Nathan Harold Rogers, 25, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Lejon Jemeail Keller, 24, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Rodney Gene Sanner, 45, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Gary Porter Lawson, 48, was arrested for theft, allegedly stealing merchandise from Sportsmen’s Warehouse.

Michael Slade, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 20 Reports:

Ryan Cole Mejaski, 27, was arrested for second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and tampering with evidence.

Micah Andrew Katka, 27, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Anthony Michael Raffaele, 20, and Phillippe A. Glade Cross, 25, were arrested. Raffaele for two counts of first-degree theft by receiving and first-degree theft, and Glade-Cross for two counts of first-degree theft.
