Lands’ End has selected Elizabeth Larson of Bend, Oregon as second place winner in the seven-to-nine age category of its Holiday Art Contest. Nine-year-old Elizabeth, daughter of Leslie Gill and Kevin Larson, earned second place with the creation of a uniquely artistic Christmas tree contrasted against a purple sky. Her artwork will be featured on landsend.com/artcontest.
“The heartwarming response from these talented children has been incredible,” said David McCreight, President of Lands’ End. ”Seeing the holidays through the eyes of a child brings the joy of the season to light.” As second place winner, Elizabeth received a $250 Lands’ End Gift Card. The Kids’ Holiday Art Contest consisted of three age categories: one-to-six, seven-to-nine and ten-to-12. Each of the categories was awarded a first, second and third place prize.
