Mt. View High School Culinary students to prepare appetizer course

Members of Mt. View High School’s ProStart Culinary Program will put their talents to the test as they prepare appetizers for more than 100 guests at the Saturday, November 4 Winemakers Dinner. The ten-course, Italian themed dinner gets started at 6 p.m. at Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend.

“The Winemaker Dinner event gives students an up-close glimpse into the fast pace world of fine dining and hospitality,” says Mt. View instructor Hope Roccasalva.

The ten course Italian meal will feature nine wine pairings. Tickets are $55 and are available at Seventh Mountain Resort or by calling 541-693-9801.

$15 of each ticket sale will be donated to the Mt. View Culinary program fund.
