For the second time in a little over four months, detectives raided the same northwest Redmond home and arrested the 27-year old resident when they -- once again -- found cocaine and evidence of alleged drug sales, officials announced.
25 grams of cocaine worth about $2,000, digital scales, cutting agents and packaging materials were seized during the search, the lieutenant wrote in a news release.
Spohn was taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail. He is charged with possession, manufacture, and delivery of cocaine; and frequenting a place where illegal drugs are kept or sold. Spohn was arrested on August 6 of this year after CODE detectives allegedly found 19 grams of cocaine, weight scales and packaging material during execution of a search warrant at the Xavier Avenue location.
