Detectives with the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement (CODE) team, Deschutes County Sheriff’s deputies and Oregon State Police troopers raided the home of Brian Daniel Spohn at 3880 NW Xavier Avenue on Tuesday shortly after 1:30 p.m., Bend Police Lt. John Gautney reported.

25 grams of cocaine worth about $2,000, digital scales, cutting agents and packaging materials were seized during the search, the lieutenant wrote in a news release.

Spohn was taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail.  He is charged with possession, manufacture, and delivery of cocaine; and frequenting a place where illegal drugs are kept or sold.

Spohn was arrested on August 6 of this year after CODE detectives allegedly found 19 grams of cocaine, weight scales and packaging material during execution of a search warrant at the Xavier Avenue location.
