Three Central Oregon men were arrested Sunday afternoon, accused of repeatedly beating on teenage victim’s vehicle with a baseball bat and golf club in the Bend Wal-Mart parking lot, police reported.
The investigation determined that no guns were involved and no one was injured, the lieutenant said, but the vehicle of the 17-year-old victim, Bend resident Britney Gould, was damaged when it was repeatedly hit with the bat and club. Rick Ham, 20, of Bend; Devan Walker, 18, of Redmond; and Nicholas Davis, 18, of La Pine; were taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail, the news release stated. All were charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
