Three Bend residents, two men and one woman, were arrested Wednesday following execution of a search warrant at two residences where stolen property including a handgun, yard equipment, power tools, and a DVD player were allegedly found, said authorities.

Bend Police officers executed the search warrant for two locations about 2 a.m. November 15 as the result of an ongoing investigation into property crimes that have been occurring in the city, said Lt. Ken Mannix.

Residences at 1717 NE 8th Street and 61080 SE Larkspur Loop were searched and a “large amount of stolen property”  was seized including an allegedly stolen handgun, yard equipment, power tools; and a DVD player traced back to a November 14 theft from Aaron’s Sales and Leasing.

Timothy Bryan, 18, will face charges of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree theft, and carrying a concealed weapon.

James Bruce, 23, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Amber Martin, 27, faces a charge for possession of a scheduled-II controlled substance.

The investigation is ongoing, said Mannix.
