FAIRFIELD, Ohio -- Police allege the manager of a shopping mall theme park in Ohio solicited young employees for sexual activity.

Police said Armando Rivera, manager of the Wonderpark Family Entertainment Park inside Cincinnati Mills shopping center, was arrested Monday on charges of compelling prostitution for "encouraging and

soliciting" juvenile employees and "other known associates," the Dayton (Ohio) Daily News said Wednesday.

Fairfield, Ohio police said Rivera, 33, would pay juveniles for videos and photographs of themselves in sexual situations. He also is accused of paying the young people to engage in sexual activities with him.

Rivera allegedly told police his original intent was to establish a porn Web site, the newspaper said.
