One of two brothers captured on surveillance video stealing an employee’s purse at a gymnastics and martial arts center in north Bend Sunday has been arrested, and the other remains at large, police reported.
The brothers, Scott William Raffaele, 23, and his younger brother Anthony Michael Raffaele, 20, were identified by a tipster when police provided the surveillance video of the theft at Acrovision Sports Center to local media, Bend Police Detective Brian Beekman said.

Scott Raffaele was taken into custody Wednesday, lodged in the Deschutes County Jail, and was charged with second-degree theft.
Anthony Michael Raffaele remains at large and is being sought by police.
