ZURICH, Switzerland -- Works by Paul Cezanne, Edgar Degas, Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh, valued at $91 million, were stolen from a Swiss gallery, police said.

The paintings were stolen from a Zurich gallery maintained the private art foundation of Emil-Georg Byhrle, CNN reported Monday.

The art theft comes on the heels of the theft of two paintings by Pablo Picasso at another museum near Zurich. In the Feb. 6 heist, the canvases were on loan from a German museum and valued at $4.5 million.
