Joe Kearney has been named Director of Sales for the new Bend luxury resort "Tetherow". A five year resident of Bend, Kearney brings more than 14 years of sales and management experience in destination resort and exclusive amenity properties to the Tetherow sales team.
He has previously worked at Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg, VA; Pronghorn, Bend OR; The Ginn Company, Port St. Lucie, FL and The Greenbrier Resort Sporting Club, White Sulphur Springs, WV.
The 700 acre resort will be located off Century Drive on Bend’s west side. The first sales of Tetherow homesites are expected to begin in June, 2007 with prices beginning at $400,000. The resort development will include an 18-hole championship-style golf course by David McLay Kidd. Tetherow will also feature a members’ clubhouse, a 150-room four-star hotel with 50 adjoining, high-end cabins for overnight rentals, a spa, restaurant, meeting space, 379 single-family homes, and 210 townhomes.
