Murder suspect sighted in Salem

SALEM, Ore. -- Murder suspect Jose Rosendo Carrillo-Padilla, wanted for a 2001 murder, was recently spotted in the Salem area. Carrillo-Padilla has been on the Salem Police Department "most wanted" list since 2001 and is sought in connection with the shooting death of Miguel Ochoa-Ochoa in September of 2001.
The suspect may be associated with a heavy-set white female in her 40s with blonde "poofy" hair.
He should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him should immediately call 911.
