Free concert featuring Stephanie Schneiderman and special guest at Sunriver Resort on Dec. 20.

Sunriver Resort will host a free fireside acoustic performance featuring Stephanie Schneiderman of Portland’s Dirty Martini with a very special guest, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20 in the Owl’s Nest.

The Owl’s Nest will offer drink specials all night, featuring Sunriver Resort’s signature drink the “Marionberry Martini” and the classic “Dirty Martini.”  The Owl’s Nest is open 4 p.m. to close.

Portland, Oregon’s Stephanie Schneiderman has “exceptional song writing talent and radiating charm … her honest, earthy presence and rich, serene vocals separate Stephanie from the hordes of 'girls with guitars'," says Adam Zacks, Talent Buyer for House of Blues.

Schneiderman began her solo music debut in 1999 winning the grand prize in the Lilith Fair competition, earning a spot on the all-female lineup.  She has also toured with some of the nation’s top acts, including – Hall and Oates, Five for Fighting, Chicago and Ben Taylor.  Schneiderman’s songs have been featured on WB’s primetime show “Jack and Jill” and “Felicity” and movie “Kat and Allison” as the title track.

After a spontaneous Valentine’s Day performance Schneiderman joined McKinley and Lara Michell to form Dirty Martini.  This blissful union is one of Portland’s new buzz bands, described as the Northwest’s own “Crosby, Stills and Nash-styled girl group.”
