Dr. Thomas Lee, 39, surrendered to Washington County Sheriff’s detectives last week, was arrested, and released on bail.

Following a grand jury indictment for four counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and seven counts of first-degree sexual abuse, Lee was arrested at his home on Friday and was lodged in the Washington County Jail in lieu of $2,250,000 bail, deputies said.

Detectives began the investigation February 15 after a report was received that the two “young” children whose ages were not disclosed, had been allegedly touched inappropriately “in a sexual manner”. The abuse was reported to have occurred on several occasions at the doctor’s home in Cedar Hills, an area in unincorporated Washington County.
