Deschutes County Dog Board hearing scheduled March 5

The Deschutes County Board of Supervisors, acting as the Deschutes County Dog Control Board, will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2009, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Deschutes Services Center Building, in the Allen Room, 1300 NW Wall St., Suite 200, Bend, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider whether a certain dog engaged in the chasing, wounding, or killing of livestock, to-wit:

1.                  Chasing horses on or about February 26, 2009 at or near 159444 Woodland Drive, La Pine, Deschutes County, Oregon.  The dog in question is one American Terrier.

Any interested persons may appear and offer testimony regarding the allegations relating to said dog.
