BEND, Ore. -- The porch overhang of a popular Bend steak house was knocked down Saturday evening when a driver crashed into the Tumalo Feed Company during dinner service, but no one was hurt, deputies reported.

Gail Wickman of Bend was cited for reckless driving and recklessly endangering after she accidently drove her 2006 Subaru Outback Wagon into the structure at 64619 W. Highway 20 just before 10 p.m., March 28, Deschutes County Sheriff's Sgt. Vance Lawrence stated in a news release.

The owners, John Bushnell and Robert Holley, apparently have maintained a good sense of humor about the unexpected "drop in". On their web site, they joked, "Yes, on Saturday night we had a car drive right up to the door!! Sorry, we don't have a drive-through!!"

Wickman's car was towed from the scene, the sergeant said.
