WASHINGTON -- Nominees to two key seats in the U.S. federal appellate court system were announced by President Barack Obama.
Obama nominated Andre Davis for the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., and Gerald Lynch for the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, The Washington Post reported Friday.
