GRESHAM, Ore. – Police say a 30-year old Gresham woman gave booze and pot to teenagers - some whom were runaways - then sexually abused them. Five alleged victims have been identified so far, and detectives believe there may be many more.

According to Gresham Police Sgt. Michael LeDuc, Jennifer Lynn Wills was arrested Wednesday after a five-month investigation that began when they were contacted by two alleged victims.

Lead investigator Detective Don Gibson said Wills befriended and preyed on 15- to 17-year-old boys and girls, providing alcohol and marijuana to them and later sexually abusing them. “Sex from the victims was either expected or demanded by Ms. Wills,” he said.

“Young runaways visited and often stayed at Ms. Will’s apartment which is located at 3500 NE 17th in Gresham,” Gibson said.

Willis was lodged at the Multnomah County Detention Center in lieu of bail in the amount of $137,500. She has been charged with six counts of sex abuse, three counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, and three counts each of delivering alcohol and marijuana to a minor.

LeDuc provided additional background material on the suspect: Prior to living in Gresham for the past two years, Wills was a resident of southwest Portland. She is reportedly confined to a wheelchair as the result of a past automobile accident. She does not have a medical marijuana card and has not been prescribed marijuana for her physical condition. She is prescribed other medications but they are not the focus of this investigation, he said.

The investigation is continuing, and anyone who has information regarding this incident or believes they are a victim of the suspect is asked to contact the Gresham Police Department at (503) 618-2719.
