Redmond’s Clock Tower Plaza Village Square sells for $2.85 million

Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment brokerage firms, has completed the sale of Clock Tower Plaza Village Square, a 10,245-square-foot shopping center, to Portland-based Denardis Group for $2.85 million -- a price that was $50,000 over the listed price.

The property is located near Highway 126 at the Eagle Crest Resort at 7535 Falcon Crest Drive in Redmond, Oregon.
 
Michael Baron of Sperry Van Ness in Redmond represented the seller, Redmond-based Redmond Properties.  Kathy Sugarman of Portland Investments represented the 1031 Exchange buyer, Denardis Group.
 
Built in 2004, the property is 100 percent occupied by Niblicks and Greens, Silver Leaf Café and Falcon Crest Art Gallery.
