A joint investigation by the sheriff’s office and Bend Police led to execution of a search warrant at 9 SW 15th Street in Bend on February 6, and deputies identified two men, Rockwell and Kelly Anthony Steven, 44, as suspects in the late January incident.

Robert Anthony Digiacomo, 30, was reportedly assaulted and robbed of numerous marijuana plants at 19308 Kiowa Road, in the Deschutes River Woods subdivision of Bend on January 26.

Kelly Anthony Steven, 44, was later arrested during a traffic stop, allegedly in possession of a large quantity of marijuana, Sgt. Mike Espinoza said.  He is being held without bail in the Deschutes County Jail on charges including fourth-degree assault, first-degree burglary, criminal mischief, robbery, and violation of probation.

Rockwell is lodged in the Deschutes County Jail and charged with first-degree robbery, theft, and burglary; second-degree robbery and criminal mischief; and fourth-degree assault.
