After months of detailed planning, interior design and construction, Bend's newest salon and spa is now open for business on the north end of town.

Moxy's decor evokes a fairytale sky at twilight, with glittering stars and a brushed metal ceiling. Behind the hair and nails center, massage and treatment rooms culminate in a relaxation room reminiscent of Arabian Nights, complete with cushions, veils and low tables of refreshments.

"Our committment to every guest that walks through the door, as well as the team members at Moxy salon-spa-essentials is to provide them with a world-class experience," says Hali Owens-Ely, owner of Moxy.

Moxy's grand opening event will be announced later this spring, but the salon has been beautifying hair and nails and relaxing tired minds and muscles since early February.

According to Owens-Ely, "Moxy offers a salon and spa atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in Central Oregon."
