Linda Williams with Tamarack Homes in Bend, Oregon recently announced homes nestled along the Deschutes River in RiverRim, a new development of luxury residences, are now available for sale. “The current buyer's market conditions resulting from leveled-off home prices are favorable for those that have been delaying their purchase,” said Williams.
Bend is a hot destination for all walks of life with its wide variety of recreation and culture. "Bendites prefer to spend their time hiking, biking, golfing, climbing and kayaking," says the New York Times in a recent article. Skywest Magazine has this to say: "Historic Bend is a must-see, must-do locale with 50 specialty shops, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries, antique stores, coffee houses and such, coupled with Bohemian flare and historic charm." Many are finding Bend to be an ideal place to settle, Williams agreed.
Homes at at RiverRim ranging from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet, include up to five bedrooms with two and one-half baths, and are priced from the mid $600,000’s.
