Entrees Made Easy, a national meal assembly franchise, announces its Charity Grand Opening Event at its new location in Bend, Oregon.  NeighborImpact will receive 50% from the grand opening day proceeds to be held Saturday, March 31, 2007.

The Bend franchise is located at 3188 N. Highway 97, Suite 105 in Bend, Oregon.  Store hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

NeighborImpact is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to succeed and become engaged citizens in the community.  Founded in 1985, NeighborImpact is a private not for profit organization which serves all of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties. We envision a Central Oregon where residents, regardless of their income status, have hope and optimism, and have access to community resources that see them through times of need.

Entrees Made Easy helps answer the question, "What's for dinner?”  They make cooking an easier, more affordable and faster process. Rather than going through the usual time-consuming steps of shopping for, preparing, and cleaning up after dinner, an Entrees Made Easy customer needs only to go on-line to schedule a session at one of their locations.  After the session is scheduled, the customer chooses what entrees they would like to prepare from a changing monthly menu.

While at the store, customers assemble their chosen meals from our fully stocked fresh food stations. The preparation of 12 meals takes only about 2 hours.  Entrees can then be taken home to freeze, and can be grilled, sauteed, or slow-cooked in a crock pot at the customer’s leisure.
