Concurrent annual Portland International Raceway (PIR) and Portland Metropolitan Exposition Center (Expo) auto swap meet events to be held Thursday-Sunday, April 12-15
Portland, Oregon -- For four days, Portland International Raceway will host thousands of visitors at its annual auto swap meet with over 900 vendors and more than two miles of automotive paraphernalia.
“Each year the crowds grow bigger and bigger and we’re looking forward to this year’s turnout being the largest to date,” said Mark Wigginton, PIR Track Manager. “Visitors and auto enthusiasts will be able to find an abundance of auto-related items and fantastic swap meet deals.”
With vendors from around the country, buyers and spectators will find thousands of unique, original stock, antique, vintage and custom vehicles and parts and auto-inspired items on display and for sale. All visitors will have the opportunity to talk, and make deals, with automotive experts.
The event takes place Thursday, April 12 through Saturday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and on Sunday, April 15 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission to the PIR event is $5 and free for children under 12. Parking is $10. The Interstate MAX line stops at PIR and there will be a complimentary parts pick-up that will allow visitors who purchase items they are unable to immediately take with them to store them during the day until they secure a way to retrieve them.
