ROANOKE, Va. - A woman said Cho Seung-hui hired her to dance for him in a Roanoke, Va., motel room a month before the Virginia Tech shootings.

Chastity Frye told WSLS-TV in Roanoke that Cho hired her through an escort service, ABC News reported.

"He was so quiet. I really couldn't get much from him. He was so distant. He really didn't like to talk a lot," said Frye. "It seemed like he wasn't all there."

About 15 minutes into her dance, Frye thought Cho had lost interest.

"I danced for a little while and I thought we were done because he got up and went to the restroom and began washing," Frye told the television station. When she told Cho she was leaving, he told her he had paid for an hour, she said.

The woman said that Cho tried "to get on" her and she pushed him away and he apparently listened.

ABC reported that Frye thought Cho looked familiar in the news coverage of the Virginia Tech shootings that claimed 33 lives, including the 23-year-old shooter. The FBI tracked her down through Cho's credit card records.

She said she described Cho to investigators as "dorky," "timid," and a "little pushy," ABC reported.
