30,000 square-foot building currently occupied by Bend Tarp and Liner is purchased by Aspen Devco
Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building to Aspen Devco from Oregon and California for $3.5 million. The property is located within Basalt Business Park at 20845 Sockeye Place in Bend, Oregon.
Michael Baron of Sperry Van Ness in Redmond, Oregon represented the buyer, Aspen Devco, as well as the seller, Bend-based private investors.
Originally built in 2004 and situated on 2.4 acres, the well-maintained property includes heated loading docks and attractive water features. The building was built for Bend Tarp and Liner who currently fully occupies the property, but will be relocating in the near future to expand into approximately 85,000 square feet of space in the City of Prineville. The new owner is actively seeking a new tenant to occupy the property on a long-term lease.
The building is located near Roberts Field, an airport that offers non-stop flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle and Las Vegas, and services the Bend/Redmond region of Central Oregon.
