The Humane Society of Central Oregon and Hertz Car Sales will bring together friends of animals for a benefit golf tournament at the Bend Golf and Country Club on Monday, October 9.

The field for the first annual golf tournament will be limited to 36 foursomes.  Registration is still open for a few more golfers.  The tournament will be a scramble with a Calloway handicap system.

The cost of the fundraising event is $125 per person. Each player will enjoy a relaxing 18 holes of golf, boxed lunch, a post event reception and the chance to win fantastic prizes.  Registration and lunch begins at noon, tee-off is at 1:00 p.m. and a reception begins at 6:00 p.m.

For those who are unable to golf but would like to show their support, reception-only attendance is available for $50.

Register now to support the 5,000 animals cared for each year.  Your participation in this event will help make a difference in the lives of the animals in our community.
